The Right Consulting Solution

One of the main consulting challenges, is the misalignment between the results a client desires and how the agreement is structured with the service provider. Psybergate offers a customised contract (inclusive of contract structure, pricing mechanism and performance metrics) to suit the size and expectation of its clients.

Enhancement-driven expectations are focused on improving processes, governance and systems within an organisation. With an open and active relationship, there is an in-depth understanding of the client’s business operations with processes well aligned. This type of relationship allows for, on-going governance and management practices.

Efficiency-driven expectations are focused on cost control, over time, and cost reduction. Psybergate’s goal is to maintain consistency in the delivery of its services. These expectations are supported by competitive rates, efficient and quality-driven embedded processes and good communication protocols.

Consulting Approach

Psybergate has delivered many complex projects utilising various methodologies and best practices offering high quality, low risk cost efficiency and predictability. Our agile approach includes repetitive continual cycles therefore we are better equipped to predict how long a project will take and what is required.

The consulting engagement will move through many phases. Every organisation is unique, including its business needs, capabilities, and objectives. As a provider, we do not offer canned services; every engagement is custom designed to meet the organisation’s specific requirements and goals. However, most consulting engagements do follow a similar process that is described below.

Our methodology and approach is flexible for all industries and can be adjusted as needed. The main approach to every assignment can best be summarised in our ‘Strategic Consulting Methodology’.  Quite simply we employ a common sense approach to delivering real benefits and results to solving your problems.  Our methodology in summary includes:

During this engagement, the current and desired state of performance, security and efficiencies, or other areas that are the focus of the engagement are accessed. In this processes a course of action for moving forward is determined. This defines the scope of the consulting agreement, and clearly defines the responsibility of the Client and responsibility of the Provider during the engagement. Our assessment is the first-step towards implementing real changes to your staff, processes, and organisation as a whole.

Once goals are determined, intermediate objectives and the timelines for reaching them are established.

Activities to reach objectives and goals are defined and carried out, including metrics to gauge the success of particular activities in reaching the goal or goals. The consulting services can involve but is not limited to:
